We are a small business and the product can be made to order if the stock of finished products is not sufficient. For this reason the order processing time varies from 2 days to 10 days.
You will usually receive your order within 3 to 11 days after shipment. The time will depend on the destination.

*** Returns and Refunds ***
Returns and refunds without reason are accepted within 14 days, except in the following cases:
• Earrings, for hygiene reasons
• Custom Series, because the product is made to order
Return costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unused and with their packaging intact.
